工作
本周的focus是 NKI TRT数据。
Data processed by Sharad's pipeline，modified fcon_1000 bash scripts. ICC maps generated to assess inter-session reliability for ALFF, fALFF, RSFC maps (seeds: PCC MT MPF FEF IPS and...)
DTI data are being reconstructed. will gen FA maps and ICC maps for FA.
